Amino 5600 is a full range amino acid formula containing, among others, all the essential amino acids and also the branched chain ones.

Essential amino acids are essential for us because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be supplemented through the diet.

Branched-chain amino acids are also essential and make up 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle protein .
