Hypotonic ø is a hypotonic drink with a high content of mineral salts and no added sugar. As it is a hypotonic solution (osmolarity lower than that of blood plasma) we favor intracellular hydration, and it can be used both during exercise and before and after it. Hypotonic ø is especially useful to ensure hydration in short sessions (less than 1h), in those of longer duration in which the consumption of carbohydrates comes from bars (TriforZa bar, Energy bar) or gels (TriforZa gel), as well as as to ensure pre-exercise hydration or post-exercise rehydration. It is also a great ally for low carb sessions where the task is to perform them with a low energy intake.

Its use is especially recommended to ensure hydration during exercise as well as load mineral salt deposits before and replacement and rehydration after.
