How to use:

2 measures: dilute 2 full measures in 320 ml of water;

3 measures: dilute 3 full measures in 480ml of water;

4 measures: dilute 4 full measures in 640 ml of water. Shake well and serve immediately.

Daily dosage: To gain muscle mass: take ½ dose (4 measures-160 g) 30-40 minutes before strength training and ½ dose (4 measures-160 g) immediately after training. For weight gain: take 3 scoops (120 g) in the morning, 3 scoops (120 g) after training or in the afternoon, and 2 scoops (80 g) before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
