What is FAST RECOVERY PLANT BASED 600 gr ?

Fast Recovery Pante Based GoldNutrition® was created with athletes in mind who follow a diet without ingredients of animal origin, or who cannot tolerate milk proteins. It is made up of fast-absorbing, high biological value proteins, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and an effective dose of high-glycemic (fast-absorbing) carbohydrates, and is virtually fat-free. In addition to this, it contains a set of vitamins and minerals that favor metabolic processes related to the absorption and metabolization of carbohydrates, simultaneously increasing the antioxidant and recovery potential of the formula.

How to use

Drink 1 serving (1 shake) immediately after exercise. To prepare 1 shake add 2 full measures (80g) in 500 ml of water. Mix well and drink.

It should be taken at the end of training/tests with high intensity or duration of more than 1h, and can also be taken during exercise, when it is of very high intensity or more than 3h, in order to maintain stable blood glucose and avoid fatigue.

This product can be taken during the entire sports season, particularly during the
more intense phase, being especially indicated for bi-daily training days. It can be taken from the age of 16 with adjustment of the daily intake.
