What is Protein Pudding 400 gr ?

What is the first thought that comes to mind when you hear the word pudding? The famous gourmet dessert makes you feel guilty even after the first bite. However, we believe that a true functional food, like our PROTEIN PUDDING, should contain more than one important ingredient, this product is rich in protein. In order to improve the nutritional value of our sports dessert we have added two additional sources of high quality protein (whey and casein). Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of bones under normal conditions* There is no added sugar in this formula!

How to use

Mix 1 dose (40 g) with 250 ml of water in a shaker and shake vigorously, until thick. Pour the pudding into a bowl and eat after or as a meal replacement. The chilled pudding is much more delicious! Keep in the fridge at 4°C and consume within 2 days.
