What is Hypotonico 1 single dose x 7.5 gr ?

Hypotonico is a hypotonic drink with a high content of mineral salts and no added sugar.

As it is a hypotonic solution (osmolarity lower than that of blood plasma) we favor intracellular hydration, and it can be used both during exercise and before and after it.

Hypotonico is especially useful to ensure hydration in short duration sessions (less than 1h), in those of longer duration in which the consumption of carbohydrates comes from bars (EnerGyPro bar, Energy bar) or gels (EnerGyPro gel), as well as to ensure pre-exercise hydration or post-exercise rehydration.

It is also a great ally for low carb sessions where the task is
perform the same with a low energy input.

How to use

Dissolve a single dose (7.5 gr) in 500 ml of water.
