LOOK STORY

Jean Beyl in 1960, when the company, founded in 1951 in France, produces high-quality racing bicycle frames and components. Creates the first monobloc track carbon frame.

In 1990, LOOK joined the innovation race and created the KG 196, its first monobloc carbon frame that satisfies the demands of rigidity, aerodynamics and aesthetics.

In 1994, a new tubular carbon frame with a new ERGOSTEM stem and a new ERGOPOST seat post: KG 171. He contributed to many conquests, such as that of Luc LEBLANC, 1994 World Champion.

In 2009-2010, 2 new pedals were launched:

The KEO 2 MAX: Alberto CONTADOR's pedal, winner of the 2009 Tour de France.
KEO BLADE, a new revolution for new sensations. The first pedal with a carbon blade, crowned best design at the "IF Design Awards" 2010 (Germany).

In 2012, during the London Olympic Games, LOOK made the L96 available to track cyclists. Its improved aerodynamics and the integration of multiple components specifically designed for the frame (ZED crankset, stem, handlebars, seat clamp) make it a powerful weapon.

In 2013, LOOK pushes back the barriers of technology again with the AEROLIGHT 695: AEROBRAKE, 20% more performance on integrated brakes, the new AERO STEM adjustable stem, and a 1.5kg lighter carbon material.

In 2014, the most aerodynamic road bike ever created is introduced. With its 11 patents, the 795 AEROLIGHT is also the one that integrates the most technology:

Front brakes integrated in the fork (AERO BRAKE 2)
Integrated carbon stem (AERO STEM)
Integrated seat post (E POST 2)
Carbon monobloc crankset (ZED 3)

In 2015, another technological prowess comes into play: with integration taken to the extreme and impressive design, the 796 MONOBLADE becomes the best and most aerodynamic bike in the world.

It is the first triathlon / time trial bike to have a fork with an ultra-thin 19mm steerer tube and a 25mm head tube (minimum authorized by the UCI).

Finally in 2019, LOOK introduces its first electrically assisted bike. The carbon frame is custom built to integrate a battery and motor, without slowing down the performance or design of the bike.
