The main ingredient of this product is a state-of-the-art amylopectin with which a rapid uptake of energy is achieved and an effective and prolonged dissipation of it.

In the absorption process there are no insulin spikes, since it lacks sugars. This product contains a small amount of salts and vitamins, as well as L-Carnitine to improve fat metabolism, so necessary in long-distance events, and Taurine as a vasodilator, to improve oxygen transport to the muscle.

How to use:

Pour 4 measures of product with the dispenser included inside (4x12.5g = 50g) into 500ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150-200ml every 15/20 minutes, approx. 500-800ml every 60 minutes, before and during exercise.
