266ers Recovery Drink is a complete muscle recovery, perfect to help you assimilate training and perform 100% the next day. This recovery shake is formulated with amylopectin that comes from potato starch and GRASS FED whey protein concentrate of high biological value, since it comes only from grass-fed cows without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones, thus maintaining the biological characteristics of the serum peptides and provides all the essential amino acids necessary for growth and maintenance of physiological functions.
It is common to eat foods such as fruit, juices, energy bars or sugary drinks after an intense workout whose high intake of hydrates can hinder protein absorption. It is therefore highly recommended to combine the intake of these foods with a specific muscle recoverer, or with recovery protein such as 226ers Recovery Drink , which promotes muscle recovery.
The format of the 226 revoery shake is a jar or bag of 500 gr.
If you prefer, 226ers Recovery Drink is also available in the following formats:

Pour 4 measures of product with the included dispenser (4x12.5g = 50g) into 500 ml of water or milk and shake to get a perfect shake. The difference between mixing the shake with water or milk is its texture, but it will not affect recovery. It is recommended to consume within half an hour after exercise, to promote 100% recovery with the shake drink.
To achieve a greater recovery effect, and optimize the performance of your training, we recommend combining 226ers Recovery Drink with the following products:
Lactalbumin concentrate, amylopectin, creatine monohydrate, natural decaffeinated coffee (Coffea arabica L.), semi-defatted cocoa powder (Theobroma cacao L.), flavorings, flax oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), medium chain triglycerides, l-arginine , coloring (E-150) and sweetener (sucralose).
