WHAT ARE 226ERS ENERGY PLUS ENERGY GELS BY 226ERS?

226ERS Energy Gel Lemon with 25mg of Caffeine is perfect to use in situations of maximum energy demand, in any long-distance sport such as cycling, mtb, and especially in triathlon and running due to the size of each unit.

Its low amount of glucose reduces the incidence of dreaded insulin spikes in performance.

Approximately half of the energy comes from complex carbohydrates, amylopectins and maltodextrins, and the other half is from sugars, much of this being fructose.

Caffeine mobilizes fatty acids, which helps preserve muscle glycogen stores, delays exhaustion time, and causes an increase in the force of muscle contraction.

COMPOSITION OF ENEGY PLUS 226ERS GEL

In the composition we include minerals, mainly Sodium.

This is eliminated through sweat. A marked decrease in it can cause muscle cramps, weakness and, in extreme cases, hyponatremia.

Its presence in the body increases the rate of water absorption, delays fatigue and decreases urine production, increasing fluid levels.

They also provide potassium . This is lost with each muscle contraction. Potassium is important for the transmission of nerve impulses and helps muscle contraction.

Yo llevo años probando este producto y funciona muy bien, lo que si recomiendo tomarlo poco a poco porque es un pelin espeso, pero bueno con un buen trago de agua o lo qur lleves en el bidon ya esta bien. Para mi el mejor sabor el de limón, ya que los otros sabores son demasiado dulces.

Básicamente quieres saber qué tomar para hacer un Trail o Un Ultra Trail. Bien, la clave está en comer y beber, ya que el consumo calórico es elevado. A mi me van bien los geles con cafeina y sin cafeina, las barritas energéticas, las sales minerales, los BBCCAAs, la glutamina, el magnesio líquido y la maltodextrina.

El gel me lo tomo antes de que me venga abajo para no perder el ritmo ni la fatiga es una ayuda. Respecto a la barritas la suelo tomar cuando pasa mucho tiempo entre comida y comida ,para que cuando despues entrene no tenga fuerza ni energia
