How to use:

Preparation:

Pour the contents of the gluten-free Gatosport can, add 1/4 liter of water, mix well and pour into a 25 cm diameter dish. Bake between 30 and 40 minutes at 180/200°C.

Gluten-free Gatosport can be prepared up to 3 hours before consumption and then kept wrapped in food plastic. Once cooked, uneaten portions can be frozen (a thawed product should never be refrozen).

Utilization:

Gluten-free Gatosport is taken neat, accompanied if desired by water, tea or coffee.

Take 1/3 to 1/2 of gluten-free Gatosport trying to finish 1 hour before starting the effort.

It can be used between 2 competitions that are held on the same day.

Ingredients:

May contain traces of celery, sulphites, nuts. Contains less than 0.5 g/100 g of lactose. In accordance with current regulations, this product contains less than 20 mg/kg of gluten.
