Protein Plus 52% 20 Bars X 50 Gr from Powerbar is a protein-rich bar that provides the muscles with a high amount of protein after exercise. Each bar contains 26 grams of protein and only 0.7 grams of sugar, therefore with very few carbohydrates. Only 3.4 grams of fat per bar.
This bar is perfect for maintaining and growing muscle mass. This is why it will be the perfect snack to take during the day, but also to have a perfect recovery after training.
